At Learning Without Limits, our homework policy is grounded in the belief that literacy is the foundation for lifelong learning. Homework is designed to build strong habits, reinforce skills taught in school, and engage families in their child’s academic success. While homework varies by grade level, we prioritize daily reading at home across all grades (excluding TK), with clear expectations and resources to support students and families.

Reading Log
All students in grades K-5 are expected to complete a reading log Monday through Thursday. The reading logs are provided by teachers. Reading logs will be collected and reviewed for completion weekly by teachers.

Math Practice
Math homework focuses on fluency, foundational skills, and problem-solving. They are aligned to our Eureka math curriculum. Students may receive digital practice. Homework is reviewed for completion weekly by teachers.

Support
Students and families unable to complete homework should communicate with their teacher for support. Our Afterschool Program (ASP) provides homework and academic support every day for students enrolled in ASP.
